Parking was easy enough, but the restrooms were messy when I stopped in. No soap either, which wasn’t great.

Picked up my car and it was pretty much exactly how I left it. No new marks, no mess inside, and the mileage looked fine too. I was kinda relieved and really happy with the whole experience. I’d definitely use parkdia again.

I used ParkDIA last week i was really happy with how smooth it felt for me. The staff were super friendly, showed me exactly where I needed to go, and even helped with my bags without making it feel awkward. I didn’t have to stress or figure everything out on my own, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely use them again.

The driver was really friendly and easy to deal with. He did show up a little late, which wasn’t a huge deal for me since I wasn’t in a major rush and had just been waiting around with my coffee anyway, but it’s still worth mentioning. Overall, a decent experience.

I park here often. The loyalty rewards do help. I’ve saved a little money with them. Nothing huge, but it’s a nice bonus.

The only thing that bugged me was the shuttle wait. It took around 20–30 minutes both going and coming back, which isn’t awful, but after a long flight it definitely felt longer. I’d probably use them again, just not if I was in a hurry.

I used ParkDIA during a rough snowy week, i was ready to complain because I always end up complaining about airport parking in winter.
The lots were already cleared early, and there wasn’t that annoying ice buildup by the spots or walkways. I hate dealing with icy patches, I hate dragging bags over slush, and I really hate worrying about slipping while getting luggage out, but none of that was an issue this time.
The staff seemed to be keeping up with things too. Nothing fancy, nothing over the top, just handled the snow and ice like they were supposed to. I usually find something to gripe about, especially in winter, but I’d use them again.

I had a question about my booking support replied quicker than I thought they would!!! It wasn’t totally perfect since I still had to wait a little while for the final answer, but they did get it sorted in the end!!!

I found covered parking easily, which was a nice surprise. My car stayed cool and felt safe the whole time, so I was happy with the experience. I’d definitely use it again.
